To Return an Item

Any claims for return must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days after receipt of your delivery. You must notify Customer Service by e-mail (sales@24buying.com) or telephone (909-393-8928).

We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified more than 7 days of receipt of your order. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged (if applicable) items for inspection by the carrier.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
- Any product that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Refund
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged to your account.

Exchange
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Although we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge.
Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

We recommend that you visit your local department store, find products you enjoy, and then visit our website to purchase them at discount of the retail price.

5. Shipping
   ANS:Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery unless you have a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, all orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

   ANS: 24buying is required to charge sales tax on nonprescription orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
   The tax rate applied for California orders will match the current rate at the location of our corporate (currently 7.75%). Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different from your local rate.
